Quadrivia support
Need a hand with a game, a connection, or a question card? We’re here to help.
Get in touch
Email support@quadrivia.co. Include your device, app version, what happened, and whether you were playing Solo, Nearby, or SharePlay.
Please keep private invitations, seat credentials, and unrevealed answers out of screenshots. A card’s wording and its field are enough to help identify a question issue.
Play on your own
Choose Play Solo. Roll, choose a field when offered, and work through the question. Reveal shows the supplied answer; you judge your own result. Solo games save on your device.
Connect nearby
Each person needs Quadrivia on their own device. Use the same Wi-Fi network and allow Local Network access in iOS Settings. Guest Wi-Fi can isolate devices.
The host creates the game and shares its private invitation. A friend opens that invitation, enters a name, and requests a seat. The host admits them. Everyone confirms Ready before the host starts.
Connect with SharePlay
Start a FaceTime call with friends who have Quadrivia installed. The host opens Play with SharePlay, prepares the table, and taps Start SharePlay. The host enters the waiting room automatically; friends accept the activity and join. The host admits players, then everyone marks Ready.
FaceTime supplies the conversation. Quadrivia itself does not request microphone or camera access.
Return to a saved game
Use Leave → Save & leave when taking a longer break. Later, the original host opens the match in Resume & Local History. For SharePlay, start a FaceTime call and a new activity for that saved match. The original players rejoin their own seats, everyone confirms Ready to resume, and the host continues.
Saves stay on each device. Keep the original host’s save and the original app installations; a new device or replacement host cannot recover another player’s credentials. Saved games show opponents, save times, and Citations to help you recognize the right table.
Manage local saves
Open Settings & Privacy → Saved games & local history. You can delete an individual save or clear finished results. Deleting the original host’s unfinished save prevents the group from continuing that match. Other players keep their own copies.
Read Quadrivia’s privacy policy for details about local storage and sharing.
